How to switch sections

Loging in to mypurdue - scheduling assistant -
- Click on the course you want to see options for
- A pop up will appear showing alternate sections. (select section that works for you)
- The student clicks on the selection they wish to switch to, submit changes and then at this point will need to request approvals. That comment should include a statement like “I’m only requesting a section change. I am up to date on course material” for the instructor to know it’s not simply a late add.
Once approved by instructor and advisor it will be updated. It will have a W until the office of the registrar team runs their audit every week to find these and remove it.
